Covid-19 emergency | ACI Sport decisions

Further to the Prime Minister’s Decree-Law dated March 4th 2020, ACI Sport states the following:


1. All sporting events are allowed until April 3rd 2020 with the exception of those taking place in the municipalities mentioned in Annex 1 of the Prime Minister’s Decree-Law of March 1st 2020 and successive updates;


2. In-door events are allowed only behind closed-doors, while outdoor events are allowed only with no spectators; in the latter case, organizers will have to check on the absence of spectators and inform the competent Prefecture in compliance with art. 3 of the mentioned Decree-Law; 


3. Organizers are responsible, through medical personnel, to perform the due checks to contain possible spread of the COVID-19 infection among athletes, technicians, managers and all accompanying people.

 

 

Explanatory note.

The postponement until April 3 of all motorsport events in the Red zone (Bertonico; Casalpusterlengo; Castelgerundo; Castiglione D'Adda; Codogno; Fombio; Maleo; San Fiorano; Somaglia; Terranova dei Passerini; Vo ') is confirmed.

In other areas of Italy, until April 3, 2020, all outdoor events with the presence of the public and without the organization of a medical facility that controls athletes, technicians, managers and all the accompanying people who are there will not be held. The obligations of the organizers are set out above.

Until April 3, all races valid for national titles are also postponed, for reasons of sporting fairness.
